How can I manage my subscription?

To manage your subscription, log in to your account and go to the My Account portal. Click the user account icon in the top right corner of the header — a dropdown menu will appear. Select Subscription to view and manage your subscription details.

In the Subscription section, you'll find:

• Plan details – View your subscription plan name (Basic or Premium), status, billing period (monthly or annual), start date, expiration date, and price.

• Upgrade option – If you're on the Basic plan, you'll see an Upgrade to Premium button:

  • At the top of the Subscription section

  • In the left-hand sidebar

  • Next to the Basic plan name

• Payment method – Check your current default payment method and update it if needed.

• Cancel subscription – To avoid automatic renewal, click the Cancel subscription button at the bottom of the page.

This section gives you full visibility into your current subscription and lets you make changes quickly and easily.
