How to upgrade my subscription?
If you have a Basic subscription, you can upgrade to a Premium plan.
Basic monthly → Upgrade to Premium monthly or Premium annual
Basic annual → Upgrade to Premium annual only
If you want to switch from Basic monthly to Basic annual or Premium monthly to Premium annual, please contact our support team.
Note:
You cannot downgrade from an annual plan to a monthly plan.
You cannot switch from Premium back to Basic.
