For Basic subscriptions, there are pdfFiller and signNow tabs on the My Account page. Use these tabs to upgrade to a Premium subscription. Just follow these steps:

• Step 1. Go to My Account.

• Step 2. Choose the pdfFiller or signNow tab on the left side of the page.

• Step 3. Click on the Upgrade button and follow the instructions to go from Basic to Premium.

• Step 4. Once your account has finished upgrading, you might see a pop-up window — It may take up to 5 minutes before you can use signNow and pdfFiller.

• Step 5. Close the pop-up window and wait for your upgrade to finalize. You will soon have access to pdfFiller and signNow.

• Step 6. Click the Browse pdfFiller / signNow button on the pdfFiller or signNow tab. If you have access to pdfFiller and signNow, you will be transferred to the pdfFiller and signNow page. You will see the Access denied window if you don't have access. In this case, try again later.
